Thank you for choosing Bharat Display Solution. We strive to provide high-quality supermarket display racks, retail shelving, and customized display solutions. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must include all accessories, parts, and documentation.
- Custom-made or made-to-order display racks are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized display racks made as per client specifications
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Clearance or special discount items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos showing the damage
- Our team will inspect and approve replacement or repair
Once approved, we will arrange:
- Replacement of damaged parts, OR
- Full product replacement, depending on severity
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Product out of stock after payment
- Order cancellation approved before dispatch
- Return approved after inspection
- Unable to replace defective product
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
- Customer must securely pack the product to avoid transit damage.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before production (for custom orders)
- Before dispatch (for standard products)
Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
7. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only in case of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or specification mismatch (if not custom-made)
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
